What networks are behind Connect program?

Zurreal Lifestyle has partnered with iONLINE Internet Service Provider to provide Zurreal Connect on major networks in South Africa.

No matter which network you choose, you’ll get the same quality connection as with all retail packages.
For our Voice Packages, we operate on the Telkom Mobile network (with MTN roaming)
For our Data packages, we operate on Telkom, MTN and Vodacom. So you can choose your way and connect.

Are we an MVNO?

A Mobile Virtual Netowork Operator (MVNO) operates on other infrastructure with it’s own network. Zurreal Connect uses the expertise and efficiency of existing networks but offers you great deals on the network. So you will be connecting on SA’s best networks.

Where can I check coverage in my area?

We offer voice and data on Telkom Mobile’s network. We offer data packages on Vodacom, MTN and Telkom.

What is your warranty and return policy

Our voice and data contracts are month-by-month so if you’re not happy simply cancel and we’ll stop billing you! Very easy.

Our devices carry a 1 year warranty and should be returned to Zurreal Connect for repair or we can recommend a repair centre near you for ease of use. We do not carry or provide spare phones but we will endeavor to get you back up as soon as possible.

Where does the bill come from?

Zurreal Connect is offered through iONLINE Internet Service Providers. iONLINE has been in the ISP and Telecom industry for over 9 years and has extensive experience in mobile offerings and data. iONLINE will sign you up as a Zurreal Connect customer and provide you with all customer support and assistance including Accounts and billing. How do I top up data?

If you have a Voice package you can top up Airtime through normal channels for Telkom Mobile airtime including till points, ATMs and internet banking.

If you have a data package you will be able to top up through Zurreal Connect (feature coming soon). If you need to top up in the meantime, simply email support@ionline.co.za with your request for top up and your SIM’s cellnumber along with your ID number. We’ll contact you and enable you to top up.

What are the contract terms?

Our voice and data contracts are month to month so you have comfort in being able to manage your needs.

How do I cancel my contract?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking about this. Let’s see if we can assist you, but if not –

Voice and Data plans are a month-to-month contract – you’ll need to provide 1 calendar month (1-31) notice and your contract will be cancelled by the end of the month. Send a notice of cancellation in writing with your details such as name, surname, ID and cellnumbers to cancellations@ionline.co.za

For our device finance option, let us know at accounts@ionline.co.za and we’ll advise of the necessary process to cancel the contract as well as any extras that might be needed to close the account. You would already have a copy of such fees in your finance option with our approved Finance provider.
